Before starting Builders & Maintainers, I built experience across multiple trades and businesses, including construction, repairs, nursing (Yes I still work full time as an ICU nurse) and hands-on project management. I understand how homes function, how things fail over time, and—most importantly—how to fix them in a way that lasts.
